This cable connects your Thunder Power TP-1010C charger to your Windows-based computer via USB.  Once connected, you can upgrade the firmware on the charger to add new capabilities and functions.  Firmware version 2.3 now adds support for A123, NiMh, NiCd, and Pb batteries!  This turns the 1010C into an "everything charger" and makes this USB kit a great value.  This is the newly released version 2.0 USB kit and now includes the needed resistor for connecting your charger to 12v during the firmware upgrade.  Includes everything seen in photo above.
