The fuselage is made of plywood.  This crashworthy material is highly resistant to the effects of vibration that will fatigue other materials, weakening and bringing premature failure to conventional building material.  It's a nice medium-size trainer with easy flying characteristics that make it a good choice for those still learning to fly or dudes that just want an easy to fly relaxing airplane.  Flies great with a  Scorpion 2215-18 brushless outrunner motor on 3-cells with an APC 10X5E Thin-Electric prop or would have awesome power with the Scorpion 3008-28 or 3014-16.
