About Us: At RC Dude Hobbies we specialize in radio control electric flight. Our goal is to offer our customers the highest quality products at the most reasonable prices while providing the personal service and customer support you deserve. We personally test, research, evaluate and use every item we sell to ensure it meets our standards. We believe the speed of your order is critical, so we process your order within hours, not days, and use USPS Priority Mail by default for a 2-3 day delivery at an economical price - or even FREE for orders over $99 in the USA. Orders received by 3pm Pacific Time are generally shipped same-day, 6 days a week. We're here to help you find really cool radio control items you need (or, want). If you have questions about any of the products we offer send us an email and you'll get a quick response. If you need help with ordering or just want to speak with a real live person you can also call us at the number listed below. Shipping: We don't rip you off with inflated shipping charges. Shipping charges are calulated and clearly displayed at checkout after you provide your shipping address and before you confirm your order. All shipping charges are based on the actual shipping cost. We believe that when you purchase something on the internet you don't want to wait weeks for your order to arrive so we ship all of our normal size orders via USPS Priority Mail within hours not days. Most orders will arrive in 2-3 days in the USA - even in Alaska or Hawaii. If you prefer your order can be shipped via UPS which can be selected at checkout. We may also ship your over-sized orders by UPS when it is more economical for you. Usually airplanes will ship via UPS ground regardless of the method you select. Free Shipping: All USA orders over $99 ship for free via USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout after you provide your shipping address and is clearly displayed before you confirm your order. All items in our store qualify for free shipping except airplanes that do not include a power set, however $99 in other qualifying items will still result in your entire order shipping for free. International Orders: We do ship international orders to most countries; however, your billing and shipping address MUST MATCH. For the quickest and most reliable service we use USPS Priority International Mail reguardless of the method you choose. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout after you provide address information and are clearly shown before you confirm your order. Shipping times can vary depending on the destination but orders usually arrive in one to two weeks. Please be aware that large items such as airplanes cannot be shipped internationally.
